Policies

All extensions are non-refundable after a deposit is made on the hair. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchasing the hair. For a free consultation, please text clear photos your hair (without extensions) to (718) 986-8074. Our in-salon consultation is $100.

We will not be held responsible for damage to the extensions after going to any other salon other than ours for any chemical services or blow-outs.

24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Otherwise, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $100 added to your next visit. Please be courteous of others and try not to be more than 15 minutes late. Thank you.
